We will respond promptly with available appointments.
When shipping your suspension, please print this form and include it in the box.
**Prices posted are based on regular service. Once your product is received and inspected by our technicians, your repair cost may change if additional hard parts are needed. By sending your product to us, you authorize us to proceed with the repair at the regular service cost and, at our discretion, up to $50 in additional replacement parts. Should the repairs require parts exceeding this value, we will send you an estimate before proceeding with the repair.
Here's what's gonna happen
1 - Fill a work order
We will need to know all about you and your bike in order to tune your suspension. So now's not the time to lie about your weight ;) If you have any special instructions, make sure to tell us in the Notes section.
2 - Confirm a booking date with us!
Once we receive your work order -We will email you our next available appointment time, to keep your downtime to a minimum.
Once date have been confirmed:

Ship to us - Box up your suspension along with copy of your work order form or a note so we know its from you.
OR
Drop it here - Come and visit us, we’'ll be happy to see you !
3 - During service
We will complete service as instructed in your work order form and our email conversations.
Prices posted are ESTIMATES. Once your product is received and evaluated by our technicians, your repair amount may change if additional parts are needed. By sending your product to us, you authorize us to proceed with the repair at the estimated cost and, at our discretion, up to $50 in additional replacement parts. Should the repairs require parts exceeding this value, we will contact you for approval before proceeding with the repair.
4 - Once service is complete
When your suspension is ready, you receive an invoice by email.
If you shipped in your suspension to us, we will ship it back with Canada Post. You will receive an email with tracking from Canada Post along with an invoice from us with a payment link attached.
For suspension that is dropped off and being collected in person, you can pay on pick up.
5 - After you get your suspension back
Once you get you suspension back, it will come with an invoice showing all your suspension settings. please check your sag. If you have any questions, please email us :-)
